About Me

Hey there!

I guess y’all might be a little curious about me. My name is Kiara, but a lot of my friends call me Kiki. I am a 22 year old college graduate that has been traveling the world for the past 3 years. I am passionate about exploring the outdoors, meeting new people, and most recent of all.. helping others do that too! I love to hike, I love to party, and I love to read 🙂

I go into more detail about my past travels in this article. But just to wrap it up I have been to 25 countries throughout my life. I have spent a month solo traveling Thailand, joined friends for a few, and I’ve included a few family trips in that count as well. For my next trip, I’ll be moving to Guatemala in September 2025. Here I will be working with a company to help out local businesses around the San Lucas, Toliman community.

Moving around is definitely one of my strong suits 🙂 I think that experiencing different cultures and livelihoods is one of the most important things us kiddos can do as we grow up. You get to learn so much about others and even about yourself. Seeing how others live happily and healthy no matter what their situation is truly a humbling thing. It shows you that our “typical” way of life is not all that attainable, or desirable, in a lot of other countries.
